Volunteer Positions Available

  • Researcher

    Responsible for researching new cases in law, along with past cases to be presented to sessions, given to blog post writers for article aide, or be viewed in educational videos. You also may be responsible for making slideshows video filmers/recorders will use.

  • Editor

    Responsible for editing blog post articles posted to the website to ensure clarity, correct grammar and punctuation.

  • Fact Checker

    Responsible for fact-checking articles posted through lateral reading and ensuring videos posted are factual. They also check for article plagiarism.

  • Blog Post Writer

    Responsible for writing news articles on a variety of legal topics all over the world.

  • Forum Outreach Officer

    Responsible for promoting the Youth Law Institute through social media posts, emailing non-profits, making posters, and awareness of the organization to gain members! This is also done by contacting experts to present at seminars.

  • Video Filmer/Recorder

    Responsible for filming the educational videos by recording themselves, and having a lesson plan to film a quick 2 minute video. They also need to create a google form so people can fill out what they have learned from the video.
